Who We Are
About us.
We're Ryan and Renae. Two people who've spent their careers in hotels — Ryan on the industry side (front desk, Wynn Resorts, TripAdvisor, Expedia), Renae running a luxury travel agency for 7 years. Between us we've lived in 7 countries and slept in more hotels than we can count.
We're the people who test the water pressure. Who notice when the owner adds a log to the fire instead of delegating it. Who can tell from the lobby bar martini whether someone at this property actually cares.
For trips where the stay matters, we'd love to help you get it right.
Advisor-only rates, Amex FHR, The Edit by Chase, direct. We check them all and if you're ever better off booking elsewhere, we'll tell you.
Same Price, More Value
We match the hotel's direct rate. You pay the same (or less), but walk in with perks that direct bookers don't get. Our services are always free to you.
VIP Perks Included
Complimentary breakfast, property credits, upgrade priority, and flexible check-in/checkout are commonly included. Tell us your property and we'll send the exact breakdown.
Two People, Not a Call Center
You'll work directly with us. We're a small team that happens to check in to Mexico's best luxury resorts pretty often ourselves.
Phase 02
Before You Arrive
Pre-Arrival Coordination
We contact the property ahead of your stay to flag your preferences, push for upgrades, and coordinate any room configurations you need — connecting rooms, cribs, suite layouts. Our relationships with on-site teams mean you're treated like a VIP from the moment you check in.
Rate Monitoring
Prices drop after booking more often than you'd think. We monitor your reservation and rebook at the lower rate when we find one. Most advisors don't do this.
Phase 03
Once You're There
On-the-Ground Support
If something comes up — a room issue, a last-minute restaurant reservation, anything — you text us and we handle it directly with the property team.
Text, Email, or Call
However you prefer to communicate, we're available. Most of our clients text us. It's the fastest way to get answers.
May Perk
New clients receive an additional Room Service-only perk with their first booking. Reach out and we'll share the details.
The Rate Comparison
We'll compare against Amex FHR and Chase Edit for you.
We love figuring out how to beat the big guys. On rare occasions we just can't, and we'll tell you so.

Four Properties, One Complex
Four properties. One complex.
Mayakoba is a single gated resort community on the Riviera Maya coast. All four properties share the same stretch of jungle, lagoon, and Caribbean beach. Here's how we see them.
№ 01 · The one everyone talks about
Rosewood Mayakoba
Rosewood is the property that put Mayakoba on the map. The lagoon setting is beautiful, the cenote spa is genuinely one of a kind, and the suites feel more like private residences than hotel rooms. Service is attentive without being hovering. It's expensive, and you'll feel it at checkout, but most people who stay here come back. There's a reason it keeps showing up at the top of "best hotel in Mexico" lists.

✓Early check-in / late check-out, subject to availability
✓Complimentary Wi-Fi
№ 02 · All-villa privacy. Your own pool, your own jungle.
Banyan Tree Mayakoba
Every unit here is a standalone villa with its own pool, which is a real upgrade over a standard hotel room when you just want to be left alone. The jungle setting feels more secluded than the other properties, even though they're all in the same complex. The spa draws on Banyan Tree's Asian wellness roots and it works well here. It also has the best gym in Mayakoba, if that matters to you. One thing to know: the garden villas can get mosquito-heavy around dusk. Go for beachfront if you can.
VIP Perks When You Book Through Us
✓Room upgrade on arrival, subject to availability
✓Buffet breakfast daily for two per bedroom
✓$100 USD resort credit (higher for premium villas)
✓Early check-in / late check-out, subject to availability
№ 03 · The most fun per dollar in the complex
Fairmont Mayakoba
Fairmont is the most family-oriented of the four, and it doesn't pretend otherwise. The overwater bungalows look great on camera, but the real appeal is the space: bikes everywhere, a lazy river, actual crocodiles wandering through the lagoons. It's not trying to compete with Rosewood on polish, and that's a good thing. The rates are the lowest in Mayakoba, and you get a lot for the money. If you're traveling with kids or a group and want room to spread out, this is probably your pick.
VIP Perks When You Book Through Us
✓Upgrade and extended check-in/check-out whenever possible
✓Breakfast daily
✓$50 hotel/resort credit
№ 04 · Just reopened. The modern one.
Alila Mayakoba
This was the Andaz until recently. It just reopened under the Hyatt Alila brand after a full renovation. The design is cleaner and more modern than the other three properties. The restaurant, Cocina Milagro, is a highlight. The vibe skews younger and more design-focused. It's still early days post-renovation, so things may take a beat to settle in, but the bones are strong and the Hyatt loyalty integration is a nice bonus if you're in that ecosystem.
VIP Perks When You Book Through Us
✓Room upgrade on arrival (next category), subject to availability
✓Buffet breakfast daily at Cocina Milagro for two per bedroom
✓$100 USD resort credit
✓7+ night stays: additional $200 credit ($300 total)
✓Early check-in / late check-out, subject to availability

The Wider Coast
Beyond Mayakoba.
The Riviera Maya has more luxury options than just the Mayakoba complex. Here are the properties we know well and would recommend depending on what you're looking for.
Belmond Maroma Resort and Spa
The best beach in the Riviera Maya, full stop
Maroma Beach is the real draw here, and it lives up to the hype. The property is small enough that it doesn't feel like a resort, and the overwater palapa spa is worth the trip on its own. After a major renovation, the rooms are sharp without losing the laid-back feel. It's less polished than Rosewood but more personal, and the Belmond Bellini program adds solid perks if you book through an advisor.
Hotel Esencia
A former Italian duchess's estate
This started as someone's private estate and it still feels that way. The grounds are wild and sprawling, the beach is quiet, and the whole property has an effortlessness that you can't manufacture with a design team. It's smaller and more personal than anything in Mayakoba. Good for families too, with a proper kids' club. If you want somewhere that feels found rather than built, this is it.
Chablé Maroma
Mexican-born luxury with real wellness depth
Chablé is a homegrown Mexican brand, and you can feel it. The wellness program goes deeper than the usual spa menu, the food is rooted in Yucatecan cooking without being a gimmick, and the property feels intentional rather than templated. It's smaller and quieter than Mayakoba. Good fit if you care about wellness and want something that actually feels like Mexico.
Etereo, Auberge Resorts Collection
Design-forward with a dedicated adults-only pool
Etereo is built on mangroves with a strong design point of view. There's a dedicated adults-only pool that has energy without being a scene, the spa is excellent, and the architecture photographs well because it actually looks that good in person. Auberge's first property in Mexico. Good for couples, though families are welcome too.
Casa de la Playa Xcaret
All-inclusive, but not what you're picturing
This is Xcaret's adults-only, top-tier property and it genuinely challenges what you think a Mexican all-inclusive can be. Personal butlers, restaurants that would hold their own outside the resort, and an underground river experience you won't find anywhere else. The catch: you're part of the Xcaret ecosystem. If you can compartmentalize that, the value is hard to argue with.
The St. Regis Kanai Resort
Butler service in a mangrove setting
St. Regis brought their butler program to a striking mangrove-and-jungle setting south of Mayakoba. The property is architecturally ambitious and the service is what you'd expect from the brand. The one thing everyone mentions: you take a short boat ride to get to the beach. Some people find that charming. Others find it annoying. Worth knowing before you book.
EDITION Riviera Maya
Ian Schrager's take on the jungle
The EDITION has some of the best-designed common spaces on this stretch of coast. The restaurant program is solid, and the Mayan-underworld design concept is more interesting than it sounds on paper. It runs younger and more social than the other properties on this list. If you want nightlife energy mixed with your beach vacation, this works. If you want quiet, look elsewhere.
