About us.
We're Ryan and Renae. Ryan's spent much of his career in the industry: front desk shifts while in college, the pricing team at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, and on the corporate side at TripAdvisor and Expedia. Renae ran her own full-service luxury travel agency for 7 years before we joined forces. Between us we've lived in 7 countries and stayed in more hotels than we can remember (and a few we'd rather forget).
Somewhere along the way we became the kind of people who test the water pressure before unpacking. Who clock how long it takes the front desk to look up from the screen. Who can tell from one martini whether someone behind the bar sweats the small stuff, or just hopes you won't.

We Compare Every Channel
FSPP, Amex FHR, The Edit by Chase, direct. We check them all and show you the breakdown. If you're better off booking elsewhere, we'll tell you.
Same Price, More Value
We match the hotel's direct rate. You pay the same (or less), but walk in with perks that direct bookers don't get. Our services are always free to you.
Before You Arrive
Rate Monitoring
Prices drop after booking more often than you'd think. We monitor your reservation and rebook you when the rate drops by $100 or more. Most advisors don't do this.
Concierge Introduction
The on-property concierge team is the single most underused asset at a luxury hotel. We introduce you directly so they can line up airport transfers, restaurant reservations, spa bookings, and day trips before you arrive, usually faster and better than any outside concierge service.
Pre-Arrival Coordination
We contact the property ahead of your stay to flag your preferences, push for upgrades, and coordinate any room configurations you need (connecting rooms, cribs, suite layouts). Our relationships with on-site teams mean you're treated like a VIP from the moment you check in.
Once You're There
Complimentary Extras
VIP perks like complimentary breakfast, property credits, upgrade priority, and flexible check-in/checkout are commonly included. Tell us your property and we'll send the exact breakdown.
We Stay Available
If something comes up, a room issue, a last-minute restaurant reservation, anything, you text us and we handle it directly with the property team.
